Recently I came across radio circuit diagrams by chance. This reminded me of my radio projects in the 70's,
which I did with the Philips electrical construction kit 2003. Over time I found out that by changing the components a lot of different stations became audible. The antenna was the frame of the
tent of our caravan, which produced quite remarkable results. In the search for useful circuits I found the FM radio kit from Franzis and ordered it, whose heart is a TDA7088 FM module. After a
short assembling on a breadboard, which turned out to be quite simple, I had amazingly good signal receive. Compared to my earlier efforts, the sound and selectivity were much better.
